How these guides are built

Every guide starts with the published clinical evidence base — peer-reviewed primary sources for any health-adjacent claim, not aggregated influencer recommendations. Spoke pages within each hub are individually researched, with verified ASINs (Chrome- audited per Rule 0) and ingredient-level analysis. The guides treat uncertainty honestly: where evidence is thin, it says so.
